What does the 4th of July really mean to you? To Butler County it means patriotism, historic pride, and community unity! There are great Independence Day events happening in all corners of our county this July!

Run for your liberty at the Liberty Township 5K Race on July 4! The Race starts at 8:30 a.m. at Lakota East High School, heads north around the Freshman building, then south around Liberty Commons Shopping Center, and back to the main stadium. After the Race stick around and show your patriotic spirit at the 25th Annual Parade beginning at Lakota East High School and finishing at Liberty Park. You’ll love the floats, the Lakota East Marching Band, fire trucks, and more!
